Professional Video Production Package
The professional production package is designed to supply the client with broadcast-ready video production for any type of delivery method including cable, satellite, Internet streaming and a digital master recording of the event.
Well-paced continuity is assured with live switching of up to 8 video inputs. Full screen animated title graphics can be implemented, as well as multi-layer lower third graphics custom designed with the names, titles and logos.
The Digital Broadcast Production switcher will enable more dynamic transitions and effects such as dissolves, flares, page turns, picture in picture, split screens, and chroma key virtual sets. Pre-produced video segments can also be rolled in during the live segments.
At the request of the client, the master tape can be edited for content or to include additional material, as outlined in the post-production options. However this Spectrum Professional Production Package is designed to implement all of these features live, so that a completed digital master tape is ready for broadcast immediately following the event without editing being necessary.

Base Production Cost: $5000
Base Cost Included Components
- Up to three pages of full screen title graphics using real-time digital video effects. (Specially produced opening sequences are available at the above listed rates.)
- An original integrated graphics design template will be created upon which all other identifying lower third graphics will be built. All such superimposed graphics are included.
- Ending credit roll is included. Client will supply the desired copy as computer text.
- We will convert all the client's Power Point Graphics into video slides that will be digitally recorded unto the master tape. The client-supplied materials should confirm to broadcast size and color standards so that readability on a consumer TV receiver is preserved. Any additional original graphics or video production work in preparation for the broadcast date for use in the program for use either as a virtual set or for graphics cut-away is available at the above rates.
- A limited selection of original music is available for use in introduction segments, transitions, and closing credits. Legal clearance to other prerecorded or original music is available at additional charges.
- Including all transportation, engineering set-up, and striking time a normal full production day includes two hours of live airtime. Live airtime in excess of this amount is billed at a rate of $600/hour. Thus a live five hour production would cost $6800.00
- Also included are two pre-production meetings with the director to focus the production design and goals, prepare the talent for their part, and receive client approval for the designs before the event. At least one meeting should be at the production location.
